Founded with the desire to turn every trip into a unique experience, Golden Latin DMC was born out of a passion for tourism and a desire to connect cultures. Created to be an innovative agency, our essence lies in delivering a complete and engaging experience for our clients. With offices located in the Marvelous City, Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil, and Florida, in the United States, we are ready to attend our clients with excellence.
Felipe Pinho is a professional with vast experience and a true passion for tourism, with almost two decades of experience in the sector. He has been pursuing a career in tourism since 2005, when he started as an intern at an agency and has continued to grow and expand his knowledge ever since. With a degree in Tourism and a postgraduate degree in Tourism and Hotel Services Management, Felipe has built a solid foundation for understanding travelers' needs and expectations, as well as the complexities of the tourism market.
Over the years, he has visited 15 countries, which gives him a multicultural perspective and a detailed view of the destinations he works with. His practical experience and desire to explore new cultures are reflected in his commitment to customer service and the quality of the services offered by Golden Latin DMC. Felipe has developed a deep understanding of tourism operations and market dynamics, from planning personalized itineraries to providing excellent customer service.
His leadership is guided by a focus on innovation and personalization, with the goal of making each client feel unique on their trips.
